- When a club that is not eligible for a club coach (has 13+ members) and wants to improve membership/meeting quality, the club can request for CIC Support from the District.
- Club Incubation Center is a short term remedy center from CGD’s Office for improving Club Membership or Meeting Quality. Volunteers selected would be assigned as Leadership Advisor or Communication Specialist. This would be a 6 week assignment during which the volunteers would support the clubs in improving the above parameters.
- Volunteers who support this program successfully would be recognized in the Annual District Conference.
- CIC Volunteers are also requested from the LEAD (Leadership Development) program of the PQD office.
