1. What is Coronation 2019?

Coronation is the annual conference of District 92, Toastmasters International. This landmark event promises a magical experience to all participating toastmasters from across Karnataka and Kerala who will come under one roof to learn, to teach and to share experiences.

2.When will Coronation 2019 be held?

Coronation 2019 is a two and a half day conference that will be held from 24th May 2019 through 26th May 2019.

3. Where will Coronation 2019 be held?

Taj, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. Yes! This time, the grandeur of district 92 will be hosted at Taj, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru! Google directions!

5. What can I expect in the 2.5 days of the conference?

A thorough magical experience!

24th May: District Executive meetings and Council meetings (Open only for Council members)

25th & 26th May: Conference (Open for any registered participant) which includes District Finals of all the 3 contests (International Speech Contest, Table Topics Contest & Evaluation Contest), Education sessions & Fun night.

6. Do we have District Semi-Finals?
Yes, this year we will have 2 District Semi-Finals for all the 3 contests (International Speech Contest, Table Topics Contest & Evaluation Contest). All the Division Champions will fight out in the 2 Semi-Finals and the 3 winners in each of these Semi-Finals will contest at District Finals to be held at Coronation.

7. When and where do we have District Semi-Finals?
District Semi-Finals will be held on 21st April 2019 (a month prior to Coronation 2019) at a venue yet to be decided. More on this will be posted on https://www.tmdistrict92.org/coronation2019

8. How do I register for Coronation 2019?

9. Can we do corporate bookings for Conference?
Yes.  Corporate bulk bookings can be done.
We will have a corporate booking for its club members, a group of 10 tickets booking done at 10% higher than the prevailing rates and they will have the option to make any changes to list of names by 31st March 2019.
While registering they will have to give the details of 10 tickets and have the option to make changes to this till 31st March 2019. No change will be allowed post that.

10. What does the Complete Conference package include?

The conference package includes entry to the Conference for 2 days: Lunch, Tea, and Snacks and entry into the fun night.

11. Is District Semi-Finals part of the Complete Conference package?
District Semi-Finals is not part of the Complete Conference package. Those of you interested to join should buy the Semi-Finals tickets at https://www.tmdistrict92.org/coronation2019

12. Can I register for a single day or only for viewing the contests?
No. we do not have any such packages at the moment.  However, do follow our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Coronation2019/ or https://www.tmdistrict92.org/coronation2019 for latest updates.

13. If I cannot make it for the conference, can someone else come instead of me?
No. We do not have the option of transferring your registration to anyone else. However option to cancel is available.

16. Can my Organization sponsor the Conference?
Yes.  A Conference with about 1000 registered participants is a great platform to promote your Company /Organization.

Accommodation

17. Are there any accommodation arrangements made for the participants?
The participants will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation. However, we will get special prices available only for C19 registered participants at Taj and few near-by hotels and list the details on https://www.tmdistrict92.org/coronation2019.
