Dear Toastmaster,

Season Greetings!  Wish you and your family a happy and prosperous new year!!

As we are entering a new calendar year, it’s time for us to identify the next set of leaders who will lead our District 92 in the coming term 2021-22. This is done every year with a set of guidelines and standards established by Toastmasters International (TI)

TI recommend Districts to appoint a District Leadership Committee (DLC) who would support in identifying the potential leaders from the district for various positions that are lined up. In line with this, we have appointed DTM T K Ramesh, Past District Governor, District 92 to lead the District Leadership Committee to identify the next set of leaders for the year 2021-22.

On behalf of the DLC chair, this is a call for candidate declaration for the term 2021-22. Following are the positions that need members to self-nominate or nominate others (with their consent):
1. District Director
2. Program Quality Director
3. Club Growth Director
4. Division Directors (for Divisions A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H)

All eligible members who wish to apply for the District Leader positions must fill and submit the documents listed below, directly to DLC Chair, DTM TK Ramesh through email at tkrckd@gmail.com (Mobile Number : 98456 94194).

2. Officer Agreement and Release Form – 450D – Rev 02/2020
3. Candidate Application – 450 E – Rev 10/2020
4. District Officer Biographical Info – 450 H – Rev 10/2020
5. Photograph: Min resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch), minimum of 3×5 inches, 100KB

The deadline for candidates to declare intent to run is Sunday, 31st January 2021.Candidate interviews by the DLC will be scheduled in February 2021. You will be contacted to set up a mutually convenient date and time with members of the DLC member, who would provide an assessment of every candidate.

Important note:

Candidates for the above positions who have completed the evaluation process conducted by the DLC only are eligible to run from the floor at the annual District Council meeting, according to Article VII, Section (e) of the District Administrative Bylaws.
