  • Qualifying Criteria

Area

    • The Division should be President’s Distinguished.
    • Division Council Reports should have been submitted by the Division.
    • The Area should be Distinguished.
    • The Area Director should have submitted Area Visit Reports for all clubs (including New Clubs)

  • Tiebreaking Criteria

    • Tiebreaker 1: Percentage of Clubs that have 20+ Members
    • Tiebreaker 2: Percentage of Clubs that are distinguished (on base)
    • Tiebreaker 1: Percentage of Clubs that have 20+ Members
