Awarded to 1 Division and 1 Area for achieving the highest percentage of 20+ Clubs.

  • Qualifying Criteria

Division

Area
    • The Division should be President’s Distinguished.
    • Division Council Reports should have been submitted by the Division.
    • The Area should be Distinguished.
    • The Area Director should have submitted Area Visit Reports for all clubs (including New Clubs)

  • Tiebreaking Criteria

    Division

    Area
    • Tiebreaker 1: Percentage of Clubs that are distinguished (on base).
    • Tiebreaker 1: Percentage of Clubs that are distinguished. (on base)
