INITIATIVE OF
CLUB GROWTH DIRECTOR
- Allocation of Mentors via a pool of interested members which would be collated through Club Visit Reports
- Quarterly Calls with New Club Mentors ensuring that all the new clubs are well on track.
- Coordinating with the Club Sponsors to help facilitate the basic educational sessions in the beginning.
- Collaborating with the PQD Office for driving more qualitative initiatives early in the journey of the club
