The Communication to Club President will be done from the District Director’s office to ascertain the support given to the club by the Club Sponsors, Mentors and Coaches.

Public Relations
Please note that this needs to be sustained and consistent posting – across the year, from July 1, 2021, to June 15, 2022. We may choose to ignore if there are a huge number of posts in a concentrated set of time, especially during the time leading up to the conclusion of the award deadline.
The posts need to be Promotional posts about the impact of Toastmasters International on non-Toastmasters or Neutral platforms. The posts essentially need to speak about the different benefits of Toastmasters International. Certain examples below:

The content will be evaluated in terms of the message and impact it leaves on the audience. Remember, the quality is important for further reach and will be marked accordingly. Contributions will be marked and points will be assigned based on the quality and the impact of the posts.
